We arrange and style your existing furniture and decor, along with some additional pieces, if needed, to create a presentation that will appeal to a wide range of buyers. We rearrange the layout, declutter, and depersonalize, to showcase your home’s best features, which allows potential buyers to envision themselves living in your space. Occupied home staging can help make your home more attractive to more buyers and lead to a faster sale at a higher price. It is also a more affordable option, compared to full-service professional home staging.
'Show Ready' Consultation
UP TO 90 MINUTES
If you’re a realtor looking for an extra set of eyes to help get your listing together, or a person looking to get their home ready for market, our team can help make that happen. During this walk-through, we mark items that you (the seller) should remove, or store, before professional photographs are taken and showings begin. We also compile a list of suggested tasks to help maximize your home's selling potential. Please keep in mind that this walk-through should take place at least a couple weeks prior to photographs to ensure enough time to complete the suggested tasks. We will take detailed notes and present you with the report of suggestions within 24-hours of our meeting.
Staging Session
UP TO 4 HOURS
During this in-person session, we arrange and style your existing furniture, art, and decor, along with some additional pieces, if needed, to create a presentation that will appeal to a wide range of buyers and optimize your home for professional photographs. We focus first on the key impression rooms, such as the living room, primary bedroom, and kitchen, and if time allows, we move on to style other areas of the home. We rearrange the layout, declutter, and depersonalize, to showcase your home’s best features, which allows potential buyers to envision themselves living in your space.
'Picture Perfect' Styling Session
UP TO 2 HOURS
During this styling session, our team prepares your space for photographs and MLS listing. We focus on the key areas of your home that will have the most impact and will showcase its best features! This service includes things like fluffing pillows, making up beds, styling shelves and countertops, turning on lights, and paying attention to every little detail to ensure that your space looks picture perfect!
